Lessons from defeat

I received a call from a friend, saying he had lost a fight, she thought she was hampered by arbitration in particular championship, blame the referee for his defeat. He did not accept losing. Finally, removing any possible error in arbitration (to err is human, referees can make mistakes too, without ulterior motives, and are not necessarily hurting someone intentionally) all athletes to enter a competition know the main rule in the fight, and the other one will win lose, it seems clear, but many forget that. It is also obvious that all come to win, but sometimes lose. In a tournament, can only have one winner per category. And often we can learn from the defeat important to ensure future victories. Find out where he went wrong in the fight, had no strategy? Tired? Techniques in certain situations were not effective in the fight? nervousness? And do not think many fighters, but unfortunately can happen, and if the other player was better in some factor or multiple factors?

The victory is always the best, the fighter's life, no matter whether it is a championship or a workout in the gym. Which wrestler has in his memory, he struggles not forget? or even some who lost on points, but was not finished, that's all your mind, it is a victory, since he recognizes the superiority of his opponent. Winning is always good to come home knowing that defeated an athlete you know, that has superior physical, technical or both qualities, that sense of victory takes up to sleep. Victory by points or submission is always an incentive to train more than ever. But victory can not bring arrogance, nor the lack of humility, victory must be the reason you go to improving his jiu-jitsu and increasingly make it more efficient.

A defeat can point your weak party and from the recognition of its weakness and improve you can work even to the point of making its strongest quality. Losing is bad, but not knowing why he has lost it's even worse! After the adrenaline of the blood out, mentally, try to remember the entire fight or see if someone filmed the fight. Observe his movements and his opponent, the right moves should be encouraged and developed and wrong must be corrected, studied, and not to repeat the movements "not done" should be widely studied because these moments is that they often allow you to win the opponent. I believe that if the fighter think correctly, he will never see a defeat as a total loss, or an episode that should be quickly forgotten, he can always draw lessons for future struggles and will surely be rewarded with wins. The victory is always the goal of every fighter in any fight, but we deserve to know it.
