Treino de sábado! Training on Saturday! Обучение в субботу!

   Apesar do sol, muitos lutadores colocaram seus quimonos para um treino nesta manhã de sábado, reunindo amigos para um treino e confraternização da equipe. O faixa preta Felipe Machado ajustando suas posições para o Europeu de JJ em Lisboa, e a visita do faixa preta Luiz Pedro Gomes da equipe GAVAZZA Jiu Jitsu !No final o treino foi finalizado na piscina com muita conversa e vontade de outros treinos no sábado!! Bons treinos a todos!! OSS!

Despite the sun, many fighters put their kimonos for a workout on Saturday morning, meeting friends for a workout and fellowship team. Несмотря на солнце, много борцов поставили свои кимоно для тренировки в субботу утром, встречи с друзьями для тренировки и стипендий команды. Черный пояс Фелипе Мачадо корректируют свои позиции в Европейский JJ в Лиссабоне и визита черный пояс Луис Педро Гомес команды Gavazza джиу-джитсу! В конце обучения был завершен в бассейне с большим количеством разговоров и желания других тренировок в субботу! Хорошая тренировка для всех! OSS!

JIU JITSU entre gerações! JIU JITSU linking generations!

   Sempre digo que o JIU JITSU é uma tradição que é passada pelas gerações, formando famílias, amizades e não podemos deixar de pensar e preservar essa tradição tão rica em fatos e acontecimentos!!

I always say JIU JITSU is a tradition that is passed down through the generations, forming families, friendships and we can not help thinking and preserve this tradition so rich in facts and events!

Ich sage immer, Jiu Jitsu ist eine Tradition, die von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben wird, bilden Familien, Freundschaften und wir können nicht helfen, Denken und bewahren diese Tradition so reich an Fakten und Ereignisse!

Em Janeiro os treinos serão as 2, 4 e 6 feiras das 20:30 hs às 22:00hs.

#1 Treino de 2013 Training # 1, 2013

Treino cheio, grande começo de ano! Primeiro treino em 2013 foi 100% Jiu Jitsu. Posições estudadas, muitos treinos e a alegria de ter a endorfina correndo nas veias após muitas lutas.
Agradeço a todos os lutadores pela presença e disposição nesta noite quente de verão!
