Treinar com os alunos e ver sua evolução é fantástico! JIU JITSU é uma tradição oral, pode ter cd, dvd, youtube.. mas é no dojo que o jiu jitsu vive e é vivenciado por cada um à sua maneira. Parabenizo a todos pelos treinos ! OSS!
